Now with its own estate vineyard high on Napa's Pritchard Hill, Continuum's Cabernet-based reds from Sage Mountain Vineyard are a far cry from the wineries early vintages, and the estate's vivid mountain-grown Cabernets are worthy continuations of the Mondavi wine legacy.
